• It has no intrinsic value. It gives no rights to income, profit, governance or any service, and there's no guarantee of value or that you'll be able to sell.
• Meme coin prices swing hard. You can lose everything you put in.
• Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell.
• Information on this site may be incomplete or out of date. Market data comes from third parties and isn't verified by us.
• Rules differ by country. It's up to you to check that buying is allowed where you live.
• This site and the people behind it will never ask for your wallet, private key or recovery phrase. Anyone who does isn't us.
• Rick Spinane and all SP1NZ Records artists are fictional, AI-generated characters. Any resemblance to a real person is a coincidence, and fortunate for you.

Who we are

This site is run by SP1NZ. Contact: rick@sp1nz.com.

What we don't do

No accounts, no sign-ups, no contact forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We don't collect your name, email or wallet.

What does touch your data

• Hosting. The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, it processes your IP address, browser and the time of your visit to deliver the page and keep it secure.
• Fonts. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Live price. Once the coin is live, your browser asks DexScreener's public API for the price. DexScreener receives your IP address.
• Trust page. Your browser reads the token and creator wallet directly from a Solana data provider, which receives your IP address.
• Your browser's storage. We save two small things in your own browser: that you passed the "Let's be real" questions (until you close the tab), and the last verified numbers on the Trust page. They never leave your device. Clear your browser data to remove them.
• Music. The track in the player is hosted on this site. Nothing is streamed from anyone else.
• Social links and downloads. Links to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and pump.fun are plain links. Nothing is sent to them unless you click.

Your rights
